We believe in archival quality at affordable rates

Investing in preserving your family history for years to come is so rewarding. When I first began digitizing my own personal family photos, I wanted to ensure that they were saved in the best way possible. At Hudson Scanning, we believe in scanning photographs at the archival standard of 1200 DPI. It's so important to have images not only look beautiful on the screen, but also on paper. This archival standard encourages re-prints without significant data being lost from the original. All our photos are also saved in uncompressed TIF files, securing data in the event of file sharing among family members and peers. We currently scan all of our photos and documents on a flatbed scanner, which can accommodate sizes up to A4.
